Experience one of Colombia's most spectacular hikes as we venture deep into the breathtaking landscapes of the Cocora Valley, following a 12-kilometre trail through cloud forests, mountain valleys and some of the country's most extraordinary ecosystems. Our journey begins beneath the world's tallest wax palms, towering above the Andean mountains before leading us into the lush forests of the Cocora Valley. Along the way, we'll cross scenic mountain trails, discover native flora and fauna, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views that make this one of Colombia's most iconic natural destinations. As our adventure continues, we'll cross a series of suspension bridges spanning the crystal-clear waters of the San José River, following peaceful forest trails surrounded by the sounds of nature before completing our circular hike through this remarkable landscape. After this unforgettable mountain adventure, we'll head to the colourful town of Salento, where you'll enjoy a traditional Colombian lunch before strolling through its charming streets, colonial architecture and artisan shops. More than a hike, this private experience is an immersive journey into the heart of Colombia's Coffee Region, combining breathtaking landscapes, remarkable biodiversity and authentic local traditions.
